Is there a long term lease?

No, the rental agreement is monthly.

When is rent due?

Your rent is due during the first week of the month (i.e. 2nd, 3rd, 4th or 5th).

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, Venmo and credit cards. You may bring it in person, leave your payment at a drop box or mail it to us, whatever works best for you.

What can I store or not store?

Flammable, explosive, illicit or other State or Federally-prohibited materials are not allowed. Occupying the unit as a living space is also against the law. Renters who violate these terms will have their rental immediately and automatically terminated and face eviction. Finally, storage of live animals is also not allowed.

How wide are the doors?

Doors are 9-feet wide for all units except the 5x10 units which have a 4-foot wide door. The doors easy to operate and roll-up when open.

Do I need to buy a lock?

Yes, if you do not already have a suitable lock. We do not provide locks for the units.

Does the facility have any liability for the items I store?

No. You are encouraged to obtain insurance to cover your possessions or add it to your existing insurance. Adding a location for stored items is, generally speaking, fairly inexpensive.

Do you offer refunds?

No. We offer no prorated rentals or partial month payments. Your first month will be pro-rated, as applicable.

What are the normal office hours?

We are open 8 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday, and Saturday mornings from 8 am - noon.

What happens if I lose the key to my lock?

If you lose a key, we can cut the lock open upon request. We do not hold spare keys for customers.

May I allow friends or relatives to access my storage space?

Yes. Anyone you approve can accompany you on the premises or you may add access for certain persons to your rental agreement.
